Pre-loved & community-given. Clothes and home items are pre-loved, contributed by our community and sorted by the Loadout team. We look each piece over, but we can't guarantee quality or condition.
Check an order
Use your code and the order number we gave you (it starts with HH-).
How it works
- Enter your code. It shows how many items you can choose.
- Pick what you need — clothes in your size, home kits, and pantry staples.
- Tell us how to get it to you and the safest way to reach you. A first name or nickname is fine.
- We pack it and reach out the way you asked. There's never a cost to you.
About the items: Clothes and home items are pre-loved, contributed by our community and sorted by the Loadout team. We look each piece over, but we can't guarantee quality or condition. Sizes and descriptions are our best guess from sorting.
Items come in limited drops, so what's here changes. If something you need isn't here, add it to the notes on your order and we'll do our best.
Your privacy: we don't use accounts or tracking. Your code stays only in this browser tab and clears when you close it. We only ask for what we need to get your items to you, and we delete your contact details after your order is finished.
